Coaching, Guides, and Training Plans
Blueprint Endurance builds training resources for runners and cyclists with jobs, families, and a schedule that moves. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it and the sources it came from.
1-on-1 Coaching
If you want the plan built for you rather than adapted from a template, this is that. Written from scratch around the hours you actually have, then adjusted as life moves them.
What you get
Who it’s for
Runners and cyclists fitting sessions in before work, at lunch, and around family. If you have started a generic plan and stalled out around week four because it never accounted for your actual schedule, this is the difference.
How it works
About five minutes on your goals, sport, schedule, and training history. I review it and follow up within 1 to 2 business days.
We check the fit, talk through your goals, and cover any questions. The $70 rate is confirmed here, before anything is committed.
Designed around that conversation and the time you actually have, not the week you wish you had.
Check-ins, adjustments as needed, and direct access. The plan keeps up with your life instead of staying stuck at week one.
Questions
Yes. Most athletes start with an aerobic base phase regardless of experience. The plan starts where you are, not where you think you should be.
Whatever you actually have. Four hours a week is a real plan. So is ten. Give me the number from your worst week rather than your best one, and we build from there.
The week gets rebuilt. Nothing to make up and nothing carried forward. Tell me what happened and the plan moves around it.
Yes. No contract and no lock-in. $70 a month, cancel anytime.
A watch or bike computer that records your sessions is enough to start. Heart rate helps. A power meter is useful on the bike and not required.
Through an online training platform. Sessions land on your calendar with the purpose written into each one, so you always know what a workout is for before you do it.
Digital Guides
The guides teach the reasoning behind the training, not just the protocol. Written for athletes who want to understand why a session exists before they do it, with the research cited so you can check it line by line. Structured training plans are coming too, delivered separately through an online training platform.
Coach Ryan
Running & Cycling Coach
I coach running and cycling because it’s a big part of my life. As an amateur athlete I balance work, kids, and training, and I’ve raced for over ten years. Some of that on the podium, all of it around a full schedule. That experience is the core of how I coach.
I understand what it takes to perform when life keeps moving. I’ve built good habits, dealt with missed sessions, and learned how to stay consistent without letting sports take over everything. That’s the experience I share with every athlete I coach.
My approach puts you at the center and stays flexible. Each plan is built around the time and energy you actually have, not a perfect schedule. Communication stays open, changes happen when they need to, and you will always know the reason behind a workout.

Fill out the New Athlete Questionnaire and we will talk, or start on your own with a guide. The questionnaire takes about five minutes. I read every one and follow up within 1 to 2 business days.
Nothing is committed either way. The questionnaire just starts the conversation.
